Returns

We want you to love what you collected. In the unlikely case you want to return, here’s our T&Cs:

Returns are case-by-case basis as these are delicate handicrafts. They will only be considered for full-priced items that are deemed unreasonably faulty. Faulty items must be flagged within 7 days of receipt and returned unused, unwashed and in the original condition to Olgeta Samting for a refund.

Australia wide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:

  • Delivery time is usually 5-10 working days after your order has been processed.

  • Full tracking is available with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

  • As this service is not under insurance Olgeta Samting are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

Australia wide EXPRESS SHIPPING:

  • Full tracking is available with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

  • As this service is not under insurance Olgeta Samting are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

    International shipping:

    • Shipping to New Zealand is AUD $30.00, UK and USA and Canada is $50.00 and Rest of the World is AUD $100.00. If purchasing multiple items there are extra fees applied as this shipping is done by weight so will incur higher cost.

    • Receive your purchase after your order has been processed via standard delivery through Australia post and affiliates.

    • Full tracking is available with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

    • Please track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track/

    • Depending on shipping location and order specifics, all international orders are liable for import taxes and/or customs duties by the customer. If needed, contact your local custom offices to receive additional information about import costs.
